SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic pharmaceutical business in Coventry who are on the look out for a well-rounded HR Manager to join the business on a 6-8 month FTC MAT Cover basis. We are looking for that well-rounded generalist manager who has previous experience working within SME size businesses and will be reporting directly into the Managing Director. The ideal person will be to go to for HR queries and will have experience in; - Supporting staff and management business wide - Managing the recruitment process as well as the HR budgets - Have strong working knowledge of ER - Be able to assess training needs and be able to design and implement changes / new programs - Ideally hold your CIPD 7 or working towards it - Be confident will all levels of compliance and HR best practice This HR Manager will be a confident HR professional with strong attention to detail and communication skills in order to form and maintain strong working relationships across the business. Some of the day to day duties will include; - Ensuring the compliance of all HR activities - Manage a company's appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings - Assess training needs as well as the design and implementation of training programmes - Set and review pay structures and employee benefits - Manage the monthly payroll input process with the outsourced payroll provider - Supporting staff and line management with ER cases, Occupational Health, pensions, MAT and more. This role will be fully onsite in Coventry and we are also considering a 3 /4 day working week. Salary is negotiable depending on experience of the candidate.
