Salary: £29,000 - £36,200 per year. Join our team of Field Service Engineers (internally known as Field Technicians) and earn a competitive salary of £29,000, plus overtime (average £4,700) and performance-based commission of £2,500. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals. No prior experience required; we will train you and provide a mentor. After training, enjoy a 4-day work week (37.5 hours, Monday – Saturday) with shifts of 7.5 and 10 hours. Your responsibilities include:
1. Be the expert in installations, fault fixing, and customer service.
2. Diagnose errors and technical problems, determine solutions.
3. Document processes and follow company protocols.
4. Collaborate with the technical team and share information.
