A Legal Secretary is required for our client, a Top 100 Law Firm. This is a varied Legal Secretarial role in the Insolvency Unit. This opportunity would suit an experienced Legal Secretary or a Secretary with accountancy/finance experience.
Daily Duties
* Preparing Court bundles, drafting documentation, and conducting searches of public registers
* Document management, e-filing
* Managing Fee Earner diaries, checking for conflicts
* Preparing financial reports alongside working with Partners to monitor financial performance
* Inbox management, prioritising tasks, agreeing deadlines with the team
* Client care, taking instructions (under direction)
Required Skills
* Previous Legal Secretarial experience is essential ideally within Insolvency or Litigation
* Skilled in MS Office and familiar with Land Registry and Companies House.
