We are seeking a Performance Management Lead to oversee the design and delivery of a refreshed firmwide performance management process for my global client. This role is crucial in aligning their new approach with the firm’s people strategy and values, incorporating external market insights and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consulting and HR, with proven experience in designing and implementing performance strategies in complex organisations. This a 24 month FTC. Day-to-day of the role: Collaborate closely with the HRBP team and senior leaders to understand business requirements and develop a high-performance culture. Work with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to focus on goal setting and performance expectations. Test and refine new approaches to performance ratings and feedback, ensuring they are consistent and promote continuous improvement. Partner with the Workday Performance process role on the design, testing, and delivery of a Workday performance process. Create and coordinate messaging around performance expectations to ensure clarity and alignment across the firm’s complex business areas. Engage with business stakeholders to ensure they understand and support the changes being implemented. Establish key metrics and reporting requirements for the new performance management approach. Integrate DEIB and Wellbeing into the performance management process as part of the People & Communities strategic pillar. Manage Business as Usual (BAU) processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across communications, timing, and guidance documentation. Develop communications and collateral to support the performance management processes and manage the delivery of these responsibilities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Business consulting skills combined with strong execution capabilities. Previous experience in the design and implementation of a performance strategy within a complex organisation. Strong relationship development skills; able to build credibility and influence at senior leadership levels across a diverse, global organisation. Business-focused, generalist HR experience. Demonstrated success in working with key stakeholders and Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to create joint expectations and deliverables aligned to business strategy and focused on employee experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong presentation skills. Ability to build relationships at all levels based on trust, respect, and delivery. Collaborative and proactive approach; delivery focused. Awareness of external market and broader industry performance trends.
