We are recruiting a Field Performance Manager responsible for the safe, compliant operation and maintenance of assets and the health and safety of technicians within a specific geographical area for the water function. The role focuses on efficiency, productivity, standards, and quality to ensure compliance, serviceability, and effectiveness.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing a budget of approximately £2m
* Overseeing capital delivery projects upon completion
* Monitoring ICA assets across approximately 1200 sites
* Following established procedures for finance and information requests
* Setting and achieving annual targets in collaboration with the Area Manager
* Routine problem solving using experience and judgment
* Resolving customer issues and site failures, escalating pollution incidents as needed
* Driving change and innovation to improve compliance and productivity
* Effective communication with team and stakeholders
* Collaborating with other District Managers on contract issues and improvements

* Managing contractor engagement risks
