Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful and forward thinking fenestration manufacturer who are looking to employ an experienced customer service manager. The right candidate will have current or previous experience working within a similar role within the window and door industry.\n\nThe role:\n\n * Organise repairs and remediation after our windows & doors\n\n * Identify issues which need attention\n\n * Gain a greater understanding of the nature of the problem and how to resolve them\n\n * Order appropriate replacement parts\n\n * Manage and arrange for an engineer to attend the property/site to make repairs\n\n * Training will be given where needed\n\nThe candidate:\n\n * Have current experience working with a customer service management within a manufacturing environment\n\n * Experience managing a team\n\n * Be technical minded (advantage)\n\n * Be able to think on your feet and de-escalate issues promptly\n\n * Have excellent communication and customer service skills\n\n * Must currently reside in the UK\n\n * Have excellent organisational skills\n\nTo find out more about this role, please click ‘apply’ or contact Guy at Chase Taylor Recruitment and quote reference number MM6121
