Day to Day, you will:
Proactive Claims Management: Triaging leads to identifying intervention opportunities, and resolving claims efficiently.
Customer-Focused Solutions: Engaging with non-fault claimants to determine damage and mobility needs, offering tailored solutions.
Problem-Solving: Finding alternative settlements and managing issues creatively.
Collaborative Workflow Management: Maintaining SLA standards while working across internal systems and with external stakeholders.
Building Relationships: Establishing trust with claimants, suppliers, and colleagues.About you:
Claims Expertise: A solid background in claims handling, particularly recovery and credit hire processes, with the ability to navigate complex cases confidently.
Communication Pro: Strong phone skills to build rapport, handle objections, and explain services effectively to claimants.
