What You’ll Do: Liaising with external stakeholders, including Local Authorities, Traffic Management Community Bodies etc Co-ordinates with internal stakeholders, civils ancillary team, design team, wayleave team etc to align all activities. Ensures Openreach Engineering Principles and permit conditions are adhered to at all times Ensuring and monitoring effective site operations and coordination of works compliant with NRSWA Act 1991 and Safety at Street Works and Road Works (A Code of Practice), IAWHAUC, and HSEQ standards. Experienced in carrying out inspections/ auditing field operatives in safety procedures, specification and legislative compliance and performance Lead an effective team, ensuring that resource is fully utilised, and any contact demand is effectively covered Monitors individual employee & contractor performance on an ongoing basis. Proactively isolating and identify areas of improvement - driving resolve. Through using our workflow management tools and processes, report daily site progress, defects and site issues. Sign-off on completed works ensuring works are carried out to purple book standard Feedback accurate site measurements of completed works Ensure that sites align to the programme agreed with the client and Entegro. What You’ll Need: 3 years in a similar position Must have previous experience of Telecom Civils works on the Openreach network Expert experience in telecomscivils, with strict adherence to Local Authority permit NRSWA, reinstatement, and standard. Previous experience of supervision both internal teams and sub-contractors. NRSWA Supervisor accreditations SMSTS or SSSTE accredited. Flexible and adaptable to work challenges and open to learn and develop skills. Ability to multi-task and work to a high standard consistently A high standard of written and spoken English Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team Willingness to travel as required Full drivers’ licence. Experience working with tablets / phones - using ArcGIS is beneficial.
