We are looking for an experienced administrator who is motivated by University research and the difference it can make in terms of impact acceleration and knowledge exchange. Are you interested in working with academics and businesses in a research environment?
This varied and exciting opportunity will require a professional approach and strong customer services skills, excellent communication, good attention to detail as well as IT skills (including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and webpage management). In addition a key focus of this role is to develop and deliver a training and events programme and therefore experience of event management is essential.
As an Impact Funding Co-ordinator you will need to build and maintain positive and professional working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders; teamwork and the ability to communicate effectively are, therefore, essential.
You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively; capable of prioritising your own workload with an adaptable and flexible approach to work. You will be a self-starter and enjoy the challenge of making things happen in a fast-moving environment. You will be joining a small enthusiastic team who are committed to supporting colleagues to deliver impact from research activities.
