SuccessFactors Integration Consultant – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to design, develop, and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications. This role requires deep technical expertise in middleware solutions, APIs, and data synchronization, ensuring seamless data flow across HR, finance, and other business systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and secure integrations that enhance business efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


1. Integration Design & Development: Architect and implement integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications using middleware tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP Integration Suite.
2. API & Web Services Management: Develop and maintain OData, REST, and SOAP-based APIs for real-time and batch data exchanges.
3. Data Migration & Transformation: Lead data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy HR systems to SuccessFactors.
