Senior leaders at the school have identified the need for additional Learning Support Assistants following a recent review of the progress of students who enrolled at the school this academic year. The role involves: Working with students on a 1:1 basis to support them in core subject areas. Conducting small intervention classes with students who are not meeting expected progress levels. Assisting in managing individual student behaviour to ensure they remain on task and focused during lessons. Collaborating closely with Heads of Department and class teachers to ensure students are consistently improving and working toward their progress targets.
