EHS (activities incl. reporting requirements and potential follow-ups): ? - Lead and drive safety culture. Field Delivery KPI's ? - Drive and monitor actions for Field Supervisors to achieve KPI's (see KPI's) and respective activity inputs that lead to KPI delivery. ? - Compile field delivery forecasting ? OT Financial Growth ? - Support and work closely with sales team and OT lead to encourage targeted business growth across all revenue streams. ? - Lead and participate in project contract reviews and SIP/MSIP? - Support teams Debt action close out? Customer ? - Onsite customer meetings in collaboration with the Supervisors, Account managers and OT lead? - Drive completion of customer field related queries and lead respective customer escalations close out?
