Job Summary: Experienced Commercial Account Handler required to generate revenue, develop profitability, and ensure FCA compliance.
* Main Responsibilities:
* • Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism when dealing with clients and insurers
* • Managing commercial insurance policies, including commercial combined, property, liability, and fleet
* • Completing premium financing arrangements
* • Working with a Commercial Account Executive
* • Advising clients on products and services
* • Handling bad debt queries efficiently
* • Ensuring FCA regulation and company procedures compliance
* • Resolving complaints in accordance with regulation and company policy
* • Participating in training and development courses
* • Achieving high customer service standards
* • Developing professional relationships with clients and promoting products
* • Securing cross-sell revenue opportunities and promoting in-house premium finance
Required Skills:
* Essential:
* • Previous experience as an Account Handler in a similar broking environment
* • Working knowledge of commercial insurance products
* • Experience of working to high standards and FCA Compliance
* • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
* • Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines
* • Numerical accuracy

* • Strong time management skills
