Working as a senior member of the KMMS Operations Team, the Operations Manager role holder will manage the operational, administrative and HR related service for the school, ensuring that the KMMS priorities, objectives, plans, and strategies are achieved. Working in partnership with the KMMS senior leadership team, they will develop and implement robust plans to achieve KMMS objectives through the provision of an excellent, high-performing, and motivated administrative services team.
As Operations Manager, you can expect to be involved in:
* Developing, introducing, and maintaining all necessary policies, systems, and processes to provide effective operational support to meet KMMS strategy.
* Organising and facilitating events for staff, students, and external stakeholders to promote KMMS and deliver key business objectives.
* Leading, managing, and mentoring the school Operations team, monitoring overall performance and resource levels to ensure that operational services are provided to the required standards and targets are met.
What will you bring to the role?
* Experience of a senior administrative role ideally within higher education, with excellent ICT skills, particularly in Word and Excel spreadsheets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to work confidentially and diplomatically with staff at all levels. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload and deliver to deadlines in a pressured environment.
* Ability to recruit, manage, and support staff to ensure excellence in service delivery and commitment to continually review performance and capabilities to ensure future challenges are met.
