About The Role
TheMarketing Manager - UKwill report directly to the Head of Marketing, working collaboratively together and alongside the UK & Ireland Business Development team, and other functions in the business to devise, implement, and assess the marketing strategy for the region. You will take the lead role in formulating the strategic marketing plan, driving implementation and evaluating impact for the market. You will be responsible for ensuring the strategy is in line with the company'smarket focuses and CustomCare in the region, and ensure all marketing efforts and investment support the region’s overall strategy and goals.
The Right Person
The role requires someone who is highly organised, methodical and focused on lead generation and relationship development with prospects, customers, influencers and internal stakeholders. Activities will include research and understanding of the target audience, effective planning and implementation of the marketing strategy, and delivery of all activity in region with the support of the in-house and partner agency teams. Additionally the Marketing Manager will work alongside the Business Development team on the origination of sales presentations, marketing & promotion activities, updating systems, arranging and facilitating meetings to producing accurate monthly reports, management of digital footprint in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager and in line with marketing strategies.
The position is located in Cookstown, Northern Ireland and travel within the region is required given the job role.
