Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Venue Manager to smash all aspects of front of house operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for details and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the venue, maintaining high standards, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head Of Food Service Operations. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. Lead, motivate, and train a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Conduct regular inspections of the venue to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation standards are upheld. Always striving to find efficient solutions whilst keeping the quality high and the experience top notch. Have a strong understanding of the guest booking and profiling system. Ensuring Front of House and Back of House are working smoothly, hand-in-hand. Requirements: Proven experience as a Venue Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including food and beverage management. Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial reporting. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
