Role Duties: As a cover supply, you will help to create a safe, positive, fun environment in the classroom to instil confidence in all your students. You will also need to develop a working rapport with the students and colleagues. Find an effective way to deliver feedback for the student’s efforts. The school is very keen to promote a child-led approach. The role will also be at a primary school level. The Ideal Candidate will: - Have an open-minded approach to the different way’s that children learn. - Be up to date with the current Welsh Curriculum. - Want to enhance every child’s learning and emotional experience in school. - Have a strong motivation to improve their own skills in a learning environment. - Confident in assisting with all age groups from Nursery to Year 6.
