We are looking to recruit a friendly School Cook for our small school.
We are open to candidates with different levels of experience:
1. Home cooks
2. Professional cooks
3. College graduates looking for their first role
You will be a valued member of our school team, will be a part of developing healthy and delicious meals for the children and will make a big difference to their health and wellbeing.
We can offer full training and support.
The role is weekdays, 10:30am - 2:30pm, term time.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys cooking and may have children of their own, as the role fits in around school hours, or someone looking for their first role in catering, as the hours allow time for studying, or someone looking for part-time work that fits around their lifestyle.

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract for 1 year initially with scope to extend

Our children are 4 years - 7 years old.
Daily Duties
Hours: 10:30 – 2:30pm
Preparation & Cooking: 10:30 – 12pm
Serving: 12pm – 1pm (YR 12pm, Y1 12:15pm, Y2 12:30pm)
Washing up, loading & unloading dishwasher and Cleaning of kitchen: 1pm – 2:30pm
