We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Operations to lead a team of field service engineers in providing exceptional on-site support for fire alarm related systems. This role will be key to overseeing installation, maintenance, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance:
Plan, oversee, and manage the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, ensuring they are fully operational and minimizing faults in service.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of field service engineers, ensuring work is scheduled effectively to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Provide training, mentoring, and development to the field service team to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Audit engineers regularly to ensure compliance with BAFE and BSI 9001 standards.
Service Contracts:
Manage service contracts and direct support services to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction:
Develop and implement methods, guidelines, and policies to improve service delivery efficiency.
Review service reports regularly to assess performance and drive improvements to customer satisfaction.
