Just Travel Cover has a history of retaining successful apprentices - most of our current management team started on apprenticeships. This role offers an opportunity for staff to continue personal development with industry-recognised qualifications. Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at a Professional Level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-class sales/customer service by answering customer inquiries about our insurance products.
* Act as a liaison between customer and insurer, expertly arranging and selling to customers that meet their demands and needs.
* Work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative, developing excellent communication skills.
* Ensure all calls are dealt with in line with Service Level Agreements.
* Provide quality customer service and interact with customers, answering insurance enquiries.
* Effectively identify customer complaints and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the product.
* Always look for new ways to make products attractive to customers.
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Provide insurance quotations, using our bespoke IT system, including medical screening for elderly customers; excellent customer service and communication skills, patience, empathy, and attention to detail are essential.
Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Includes:
* Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).
* Work-based delivery of Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard.
* Full company induction including health and safety.
* 20% off-the-job time will be given for study/assignments.
* Monthly contact session with your PV trainer.
* Internal training provided by your employer and workplace mentor.
* Training schedule has yet to be agreed upon; further details will be made available at a later date.
Three-week rota covering opening hours: Monday - Thursday, 09.00 - 18.00, Friday, 09.00 - 17.30.
