Set to open its doors soon. We are looking for a dedicated Medical Secretary with a passion for making a difference to others. You’ll be working full time 40 hours a week at Cygnet Kenney House, helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care. Developed in collaboration with the NHS to with the aim to support women from the North West to be treated closer to home. There will be three wards at Cygnet Kenney House; The PICU and Acute environments will offer rapid access to care, supporting women to move quickly and safely through to the most appropriate and least restrictive setting. The mental health rehabilitation and recovery ward (level 2) will support individuals moving on from the Acute ward, as well as external referrals from other services such as secure, CAMHS, prison services and more. Your day-to-day Provide a high standard of secretarial support to members of the medical team Maintain a good working relationship with clinicians & caring professionals Attend & take minutes at a variety of clinical meetings, hearings & tribunals Produce high quality admission & discharge summaries & tribunal reports Type minutes, care plan approach reports & care plan outcomes Create & maintain patient records & paper files Why Cygnet?
