The Inclusion Specialist Support role is to support the development, implementation, and management of a range of diversity and inclusion strategic interventions, which support our people and foster an inclusive culture.
You will act as a subject matter expert for the development of staff network groups, equality screening reports, the building respect programme, and a range of inclusion initiatives.
This is a varied role and you will be required to work across the People Directorate Team as and when needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
* Supporting the development of inclusive solutions to meet people needs, ensuring engagement with appropriate stakeholders.
* Working with senior colleagues, providing specialist input to the planning and implementation of policies, procedures, organisational development interventions, change programmes and associated change plans to achieve changes to process, leadership, culture and people capabilities.
* Supporting the delivery of inclusive initiatives to meet the ambitions in the agency’s Inclusion Plan.
* Develop and maintain internal and external inclusion networks to share knowledge, learning and continuously improve our inclusion initiatives and plans.
