Job Overview: 83zero is excited to be working with a growing Microsoft Consultancy who are looking to add an experienced Solution Architect specialising in D365 & Power Platform to the team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex, multi-product Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. This client-facing role requires a high level of professionalism, providing solutions that go beyond the core Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, including integration with Microsoft Cloud services and third-party technologies. The role also involves guiding the business across various technical aspects of the Microsoft ecosystem and handling advanced client requirements.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with both Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution. You'll need to maintain clear and open communication, plan and organize work effectively, and escalate concerns promptly. As a hands-on senior leader, you will also guide and mentor others, sharing your experience and expertise.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Lead large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, ensuring they meet timeframes and contractual commitments while overseeing the work of other team members to ensure high satisfaction.
2. Review and validate designs, scopes, and change requests for ongoing projects, approving work estimates as needed.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Work with the team to ensure quality in the design and build phases of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
5. Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
6. Provide technical insights and address issues as needed.
7. Stay up-to-date with changes and updates to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and functionalities.
8. Maintain Microsoft certifications in line with requirements and continue developing expertise in related applications.
9. Share learnings with the wider team and contribute to the development of reusable IP.
Experience Required:
1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
2. PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification is required.
3. Power Platform Developer certifications and hands-on experience with Dynamics and Power Platform tools.
4. Experience aligning requirements with core Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, as well as identifying complementary Microsoft Cloud services or third-party solutions.
5. Experience designing environment and solution management strategies for projects.
6. Proven ability to scope and design third-party integrations with Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
7. Experience guiding project management teams on project setup.
8. Achieved Solution Architect Power Platform certifications and gained practical experience working with both Power Platform tools and Dynamics applications.
9. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 core business applications and their licensing requirements.
10. Experience in understanding customer pain points/project objectives and presenting solutions.
11. Ability to build relationships with all levels of seniority within a business.
12. A strong track record of complex project delivery using products or services outside of the Dynamics/Power Platform suite.
13. Experience defining complex data security models.
14. Ability to understand the benefits of using one Power App/Dynamics application over another.
This role may occasionally require operating outside normal business hours for software deployment and working on client site.
