About us: Mary Hare is a residential special school for deaf children and young people aged between 5 to 19. Set in beautiful surroundings on a country estate just outside Newbury the boarding (residential care) houses are designed specifically for each age range and provide a home from home for all children who board during term times. What we need from you You have been in a position of supervisory or shift leadership and can demonstrate your leadership style and approach to shift management. You have a Diploma Level 3 in children and young people. You can confidently communicate with children, parents, colleagues and professionals. You can actively listen to others. The ability to work individually and as part of a team. A calm and consistent approach. Good written and IT skills.
