We are searching for someone to join our dynamic team who shares the same passion and mission. We are looking for an Operations Specialist for the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities.
LEO is looking for a proactive, self-starter who desires to be part of solving one of the most critical issues our nation faces today – poverty. The Operations Specialist will be part of the Administration team and will lead our operations work within that team. As owner of operations, they will be responsible for personnel, training and evaluation, organizational engagement, business operations, office and space management, and a number of special programs.

We are looking for someone who wants to change the face of poverty in our country and believes that impacting poverty is possible. The Operations Specialist’s top priorities will be:
* Personnel – Developing and implementing all processes related to the employee lifecycle.
* Training and Evaluation – Developing, coordinating, implementing, and assessing need for training programs.
* Organizational Engagement – Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Business Operations – Overseeing business operations and administrative processes within LEO.
* Office and Space Management – Overseeing the efficient allocation, utilization, and management of LEO office space.
* Special Programs – Providing support for LEO predoctoral research associates, postdoctoral research associates, and graduate students.
