Skills/Experience/Knowledge base Desirable criteria Experience of working with adults including the elderly. Experience of working health or social care setting. Personal Qualities / Aptitudes Essential criteria Ability to manage your time under pressure. Demonstrable skills in written and spoken English, adequate to enable the post holder to carry out the role effectively. Reliable, patient, observant, and willing to learn. Team worker.
