Production Operative - Key Responsibilities: Operate & Monitor Machinery: Oversee the production of plastic enclosures, PCBs, and components, ensuring consistency and quality. Component Assembly: Assemble electronic and mechanical components following technical diagrams and specifications for accurate results. Inspection & Quality Control: Inspect finished products, ensure quality standards, and make necessary adjustments. Machine Setup: Assist with machine setup and changeover for varied production needs. Soldering: Conduct soldering tasks on PCBs and cable assemblies as part of production - training provided. Workplace Maintenance: Maintain an organised work area, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications & Experience for the Production Operative job role: Technical Qualification: Level 3 (or equivalent) or higher in a relevant technical field. OR Relevant Manufacturing Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a similar role.
