National Highways have an excellent opportunity for a Performance Manager to join our Performance Team within Operations. The Performance Manager is responsible for managing resources to provide data analysis/modelling, reporting in line with our assurance framework, creation of materials to provide insight to make recommendations and drive improvements to support our investment and decision making in Operations.
Our work ensures that we monitor many aspects of Operations performance, engaging with our regional colleagues, senior leaders and external stake holders to drive business change. You will play an integral part in this providing insight, knowledge and reporting to support these engagements.
What you'll be leading on
1. Managing analysts/administrators ensuring efficient use of resources, reduction of duplication and minimised single points of failure whilst fostering a culture that promotes high performance.
2. Reporting on KPIs/PIs/IPs and other business measures on a cyclical basis - weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually - for both senior management, operational staff and external regulatory bodies (ORR, DfT, Transport Focus, etc) covering all areas of Performance within Operations.
