Salary: £33,000 per annum Location: Harlow, Essex - The role will be required in office 2 days per week. About the role Motability Foundation is a national charity which believes that no disabled person should be disadvantaged due to poor access to transportation. We help disabled people enjoy the freedom and independence to work, to learn, to access services, and to see family and friends. We provide a range of grants to help people with different kinds of disabilities and we oversee the Motability Scheme, delivered by the private company Motability Operations. The Scheme has more than 800,000 disabled customers who use the enhanced mobility benefits they receive from the Government to lease a car, scooter or powered wheelchair. There are two key elements to this role: Operationalising a new Scheme Agreement with Motability Operations, including identifying all management actions defined within the Agreement. Preparing and implementing an Oversight Activity Plan, identifying key actions including timing and resource requirements. What you will be doing Management Information and Reporting Maintain a library of all correspondence related to the administration of the Scheme Agreement. Collate all MO reporting and archive into a structured database of Scheme related information. Capture external information including external research or news items on Scheme relevant issues. Be proactive in ensuring there is consistency and coordination with information shared between teams including Scheme Oversight, Performance and Innovation, and Communications. Data Management/Administration Restructure, maintain and make more comprehensive the current Scheme related archives. Build an archive of Scheme related information to be used to assist Oversight activities and to become a wider resource for Motability Foundation directors, Governors and the wider management team. Co-ordinate ad hoc data requests from the Motability Foundation management team to Motability Operations. What will make you great in this role You will be someone that has a methodical and structured approach. You will need to be proactive in your work, being ahead of the curve in the upcoming schedule within the Scheme Agreement. This role suits someone who enjoys working in an environment with scheduled activities, and in defined timescales. About you Must haves Experience of some form of project management/administration. Excellent writing skills, including accurate use of language and grammar IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Able to work on own initiative.
