Somerset’s most exciting re-furbishment is almost complete and we
are looking for a Bar Manager to join and lead the team for the launch!
The iconic Roth Bar sits on the Durslade Farm estate on the edge of
Bruton, Somerset. Artfarm are refurbishing the whole venue to celebrate its 10
year anniversary. This incredible venue will have a brand new restaurant,
kitchen and two bars across the site.
You’ll have an outstanding track record in the industry and be an
incredible leader with a passion for service as well as going beyond to create
exceptional experiences. You will have a creative flair and the passion to make
and craft unique seasonal cocktails, of course along with the classics too. You
will be responsible for the day to day running of the bars along with leading
your team from the front as this is a hands on position.
We are looking for a passionate Bar Manager who can
confidently deliver exceptional service through excellent guest recognition and
creating an authentic ‘locals’ experience. Working closely with the other teams
and liaising with the other management you will help to create the best
experience for both guests and your team.
You’ll be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and
a passion for fresh food and brilliant service with a desire to learn and grow.
