Job Title: Social Worker – Mental Health Team
Location: Camden
Rate: £32.16 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at the London Borough of Camden Council. They are looking for a new member for their Mental Health Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will develop co-produced care plans with service users, conduct risk assessments and management, and ensure safeguarding. You will perform holistic assessments of mental health and social care needs, and conduct Care Act assessments. Working closely with carers and the wider support network will be essential. You must have experience working with adults with psychosis and complex needs, as well as experience in Care Act assessments and reviews.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To excel in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree-level qualification in Social Work, and have relevant post-qualified experience.
