An opportunity has arisen to join our enthusiastic Staff Bank team.
You will be joining a team that serves the Trust by supporting our clinical services to fill gaps in their permanent rotas. The Staff Bank Team is responsible for inducting new workers to the Staff Bank and then deploying them across all service areas and Trust locations. The position is offered on a full time/flexible/compressed hours basis.
You will have experience of delivering excellent customer service and be able to work in a busy office environment, meeting service fulfilment deadlines in an accurate and pro-active manner. An understanding of temporary staffing and/or previous experience of using rostering systems would be beneficial. As a member of this team you will be supported by the Staff Bank Team Leader and based within the Resourcing Team.
You will be expected to have excellent communication skills as you will be required to converse with both new and existing Bank Workers by telephone, email and in person. A lot of our work is completed using internal and external computer systems, so a good level of IT skills is beneficial however, system specific training will be provided.

Main duties of the job
Including but not limited to:
1. Supporting the Staff Bank Team Leader to resource bank workers and where possible fulfil booking requirements for temporary workers across the Trust
2. Supporting managers on the usage of the Rostering systems and bank module to ensure that effective demand management is identified, within Trust policies, safer staffing requirements and employment legislation frameworks
3. Supporting the Staff Bank Team Leader and Resourcing Manager to proactively market and promote the services of the Staff Bank through regular communication and engagement, internally and externally
4. Providing comprehensive planning, co-ordination and administrative support within the service
5. Providing basic advice to managers on the Bank service
6. Creating and maintaining working relationships with managers, bank workers and Managed Service Providers
7. Participating in regular marketing events to develop capacity within the Bank
8. Ensure timesheets, mileage claims and all relevant documentation is completed and accurately processed on a timely basis
9. Liaising with relevant departments to resolve pay and payment queries
10. Support in production of financial reports and management information as required
11. Support user access requests, queries and ad-hoc training
12. Undertake any activities commensurate with the role and function.
