The role of a Resourcer is to assist the team in finding the right people to fill client job vacancies.
As a Resourcer, your duties will include:
* Writing job adverts
* Promoting vacancies across social media
* Assessing CV's and job applications
* Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
* Taking orders from clients
* Arranging client interviews
* Formatting CV's
* Giving feedback to applicants
* Administration and compliance duties linked to the recruitment process
