Marketing Manager (12-month maternity cover) Location: Office-based with regular travel. Company: Large Tech company Role Overview: Lead a team of four, overseeing Field Marketing and Content operations globally. Collaborate with regional sales teams and the wider marketing team to drive qualified lead production and growth in key regions. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of three Field Marketing associates to deliver successful B2B events, both virtual and in-person. Plan and support digital and multi-channel campaigns to meet marketing and pipeline objectives. Oversee the Content Operations associate to ensure accurate creation and management of marketing content, including website updates and third-party contractor management. Analyze campaign results for regular reporting and future optimization. Maintain accurate monthly forecasts of marketing spend with the Finance analyst. Use business systems to improve results on key targets and quality metrics. Essential Requirements: Degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, event marketing, public relations, business, or relevant experience. Experience in marketing and management, particularly in B2B events and field marketing. Understanding of digital marketing and ABM. Knowledge of budget management and vendor negotiation. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement. Ability to manage internal and external resources effectively. Preferred Experience: SaaS B2B marketing, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries. Familiarity with MarTech tools like Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, WRIKE, and Dreamdata.
