Our client is seeking a Life Science Customer Experience Specialist to join their dedicated team in the heart of Canary Wharf. This is a temporary, full-time role (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working pattern - only 8 days a month in the office!
Role Overview:
As a key member of the Customer Experience Centre (CEC) team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality service and resolving customer inquiries effectively. You'll work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple channels.
What You'll Do:
1. Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
2. Resolve queries at the first point of contact, clearly explaining next steps when necessary.
3. Monitor unresolved inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalation when needed.
4. Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to gather information and provide accurate responses.
5. Use data-driven insights to improve service delivery and enhance customer self-service options.
6. Maintain robust records and documentation, adhering to standards for data protection and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high levels of service in every interaction.
2. Take ownership of inquiries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
3. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Experience Centre.
4. Train and guide team members in specific areas over time.
5. Contribute to gathering user feedback for service development.
