We are seeking a Learning Support Worker to be based at our Fort William campus.

Position: We are seeking a Learning Support Worker to be based at our Fort William campus.
Responsibilities: The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an effective, high quality service that meets the needs of all learners. The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of student learning support processes and assist with learning support, guidance and Mental Health and Wellbeing Support. The post holder will also be responsible for a range of tasks and work flexibly in the Student Services Team.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates will have SCQF Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) in an appropriate area, demonstrable knowledge and successful experience of delivering high quality student services and an understanding of safeguarding procedures.
A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
Salary: £28,453 - £29,753 per annum
Location: Fort William
Working Hours: 35 hours, Fixed Term until June 2025
