Due to our continuing growth, Succession is currently seeking an experienced, capable and forward-thinking individual as part of our highly skilled Risk and Compliance Team. The role… We are looking for a confident and detail orientated professional who has strong expertise in Reporting and Business Intelligence. You will support the Director of Risk and Chief Risk Officer in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Risk and Compliance reporting frameworks, ensuring relevance, accuracy and timeliness and alignment with the needs of key stakeholders and decision-makers. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide data-driven insights, analysis and, where necessary, recommendations, for senior management. On a day to day basis you can expect to be: Developing, implementing, and maintaining a suite of Risk and Compliance business-critical reports and dashboards. Collaborating with the Chief Risk Officer on the preparation of draft meeting packs for discussions with third parties. Preparing and presenting data for internal governance meetings and committees, providing clear analysis and insights on operational performance, compliance, and risk indicators. Monitoring operational metrics, such as service levels, process efficiency, and compliance adherence, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Driving automation and optimisation of reporting processes to ensure scalability and reduce manual workload. To be successful in the role you will need: Strong expertise in reporting and Business Intelligence/ Good knowledge of reporting frameworks, data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI), and data manipulation techniques (e.g., Excel). Strong commercial experience in a reporting, data analysis, or insights role, within financial services. Communication: Skilled in presenting data and recommendations to senior stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during peak reporting periods. Ability to design and deliver reports that go beyond data presentation, offering actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and performance.
