This is an exciting role in an Employee-Owned Payroll and Accountancy business that plans to grow its client base significantly over the next 12 months.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Outbound sales, converting warm leads to business
2. Calling leads within the agreed SLAs
3. Technical payslip explanations
4. Ensure a world-class first impression for all contractors to maintain our industry-leading reputation
5. Be aware of, and adhere to, any relevant compliance criteria
6. Convert 80%+ of umbrella, CIS, deemed payment and PEO referrals
7. Proactively chase e-forms to ensure contractors sign promptly
8. Identify and take cross-selling opportunities for accountancy and third-party partner services (such as mortgages and IFAs)
9. Communicate effectively with recruitment agency partners and account managers
10. Communicate effectively with team and cross-departmentally
11. Contribute to team strategy
12. Get involved with and contribute to regular team meetings
