We are looking for a strong administrator to join our client's team based in Swindon. This full is a temporary, full time position in the office Monday to Friday. Day to Day As an NHS Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the contracts team to ensure the efficient management and administration of key NHS contracts. Your main responsibilities will include: Reviewing, updating, and maintaining contract records and documentation. Managing contract queries from both internal teams and external suppliers. Assisting in contract renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking. Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are understood and adhered to. Assisting in data entry, reporting, and audit preparation as required. Assist NHS Contracts Manager with projects. Co-ordinate Contract Review Meetings and collate information for these meetings. This role is integral in ensuring smooth contract processes and compliance within NHS guidelines, supporting their commitment to high-quality patient care. We Would Love to See To excel in this role, you’ll bring: Previous experience in administration, ideally within the NHS or healthcare sector but this is not essential. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to be proactive and anticipate needs before they arise.
