To be responsible for the deployment of the security team to ensure that a satisfactory security presence is maintained on site at all times. To ensure that all security personnel adhere to their duties, policies and procedures of the site at all times and report any breach of these immediately to the Operations Manager. To ensure the handover is checked at the beginning of the shift to ensure all vital details are carried out before their time. To convey a smart, well-groomed appearance in approved uniform, provide a first-class customer service and display high levels of vigilance throughout a shift, making a good first impression. To portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanour always, using open and appropriate body language. Vigilance is key in this regard - any untoward activity and/or security related concerns must be immediately reported to control To be customer service facing - Polite, Positive and Professional at all times Respond to alarm activations and investigate disturbances as instructed Monitor entry and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons Write reports of daily activities and irregularities (statements and incident reports), such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or any unusual occurrences To ensure the highest standards of customer care are maintained all times. Proactively monitor and maintain staff discipline, standards, and conduct. Oversee that the contract’s officers are all performing to the required standards and take appropriate actions to remedy any shortfalls. Monitor that patrols are being adequately completed and to the expected frequency. Liaise regularly with FRG Managers ensuring that they are kept updated on all important aspects. Regularly audit site equipment & ensure that site paperwork is correctly maintained. To be able to work as part of a team. Carry out any reasonable requests made by client and FRG management.
