As a Marketing Apprentice you will join our high performing Marketing Team, specifically in the Performance Marketing area, delivering best-in-class campaigns. As well as on-the-job learning, you'll benefit from five personal development days which you can use to boost your skills and industry knowledge. This is a hybrid role - three days per week in our Newcastle office Key Responsibilities What will the programme look like? Performance marketing are responsible for the effective planning, development, delivery and optimisation of end-to-end digital campaigns that increase engagement and demand to drive new customer growth. Through highly relevant and engaging digital programs, the Campaign Team drive new customer acquisition across organic, nurture and paid channels like display, programmatic, social and search, to drive awareness and conversion across the marketing funnel. You'll work with a range of stakeholders to ensure we get the best performance possible. We take good care of our customers. You'll work with the UKIA Customer Marketing team on loyalty and retention campaigns, to make sure our customers never want to leave us. The Campaign Team deliver engaging, value-driven communication plans to help customers get the most from their software, as well as the range of other benefits they enjoy by being a Sage member. You'll also be involved in driving revenue from our customer base by providing customers will solutions that are right for them, whether it be add-ons or other products. Summary of your Day to Day • Engage with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver structured marketing solutions with confidence. • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize campaign performance. • Ask the right questions to understand the target audience and business objectives. • Identify and recommend strategies to enhance digital marketing efforts and maximize return on investment. • Conduct research and quickly apply insights to improve marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
