* We are looking for an IT Technician who has experience in providing 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line support for IT, AV, and printing needs. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing devices such as PCs, printers, and servers, and should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with maintaining IT services, including asset documentation and stock control inventory, is essential. A keen ability to install, test, configure, and maintain various devices, along with experience in managing remote access facilities and diagnosing faulty equipment, will be crucial. We also expect strong communication skills for liaising with service providers.

* As our IT Technician, you will work 37 hours per week at Strodes College in Egham, Surrey. You will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted IT services during operational hours across all college campuses. Your tasks will include maintaining all related hardware and software systems, supporting both internal and external operations, and managing the college's IT services effectively. You will oversee the installation, testing, and configuration of various devices while addressing any technical issues that arise. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a stock control inventory and liaising with service providers for necessary support.
