Our headquarters is located in Stoke-on-Trent, but we offer training at venues in Liverpool, Manchester and on employers' sites to make learning accessible and enjoyable. We are currently approved to deliver NEBOSH (Gold Learning Partner), IOSH, CITB, ECITB, NPORS, UKATA and also offer Construction & Safety based NVQs from Level 2 up to Level 7 via both GQA & ProQual.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Acadame. The role will be based in the North West Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work from home when needed. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth.
Qualifications
1. Sales, Business Development, and Partnership Building skills
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Experience in the training or education industry is a must
4. Strong organisational and time management skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
