Role - Senior HR Co-ordinator Location: Aberdeen As the first point of contact for employees, you will be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle. This role offers a great opportunity for those seeking a diverse, generalist position in HR. The following outlines the key responsibilities, though this is not an exhaustive list: Act as the primary point of contact for employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, supporting shortlisting activities, coordinating interviews, and issuing job offers. Facilitate comprehensive induction programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated in line with company policies and procedures. Administer and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, benefits forms, training records, and policy acknowledgements. Monitor employment terms and proactively notify managers and employees of fixed-term contract expirations, amendments, or other contractual changes. Coordinate probation reviews and annual performance appraisals, working closely with managers to ensure timely and compliant completion. Conduct right-to-work checks and obtain employment references in accordance with legal and company requirements. Maintain accurate employee training records, ensuring they reflect current role requirements and compliance standards. Monitor employee attendance and absences, providing guidance and support in line with company procedures. Ensure the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) remains accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with current legislation, including leave, working hours, and family-friendly policies. Contribute to the production of regular HR metrics and reports (weekly, monthly, and annually). Manage the employee exit process, ensuring all leaver documentation and procedures are completed correctly and efficiently. Compile and submit monthly payroll reports, working closely with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
