Job Title: Customer Liaison Representative (Front Of House Role)
Reports to: Front of House Supervisor
Locations: This role covers 3 client sites: Channel Way, Preston; The Strand, Preston; No2. Circle Square, Central Manchester
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 (depending on experience)
Purpose:
This role provides high quality service to customers by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. You will maintain a welcoming and safe atmosphere and be the first point of contact for clients at the building. This role supports multiple sites and requires coverage on short notice, with expenses covered depending on location.
Working Hours vary depending on site covered: 40 hours per week.
Preston Cluster – Channel Way & The Strand:
Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 – 14:00.
Manchester Circle Square:
Rolling Shift Patterns:
Week 1: Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 16:00, Friday 07:00 – 13:30.
Week 2: Monday – Thursday 10:00 – 19:00, Friday 07:30 – 14:00.
(Shift patterns are subject to availability and business needs.)

Role Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet customers.
* User registration.
* Manage the Booking System, including room and desk bookings.
* Respond to the Manchester shared email inbox.
* Send confirmation emails for bookings.
* Monitor office consumables.
* Maintain updated signage around facilities.
* Ensure cleanliness of the facility.
* Daily checks of printers, rooms, and desks.
* Report maintenance and IT issues.
* Participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
* Support site inductions for contractors.
* Manage visits diary and guest wifi.
* Coordinate catering and hospitality activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in a customer service role is desirable.
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
* Interpersonal and communication skills.
* Computer proficiency.
* Ability to work independently if needed.
* Familiarity with desk booking systems is a plus.
