We are seeking a confident and motivated Office Junior to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
M&M is a young, dynamic and growing technical training business, based in Dalkeith that specialises in driving change through training in the healthcare estates sector and is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, office Junior to be part of an exciting, close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail, and ordering office supplies.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel, including letters, reports, and presentations.
• Assist with data entry and analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
• Provide support to various departments as needed.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
