THE ROLE.
We are looking for a midweight levelGraphic Designer with strong experience in creating screen based presentations, printed marketing materials, pitch collateral and social media assets. Under the guidance of the team Creative Director, you will work on new business pitches and marketing projects for all agency brands within the network. You will work on projects from concept to creation, helping to generate exciting new design ideas that support the network’s marketing and new business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. Creative Presentation Design
1. Support in the development o visually impactful and engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas, data, and information
2. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design elements throughout all presentations
3. Understand how to applycontent to templated presentation assets
4. Help develop templates that can be used by non-designers across the business
2. Editorial Layout, Marketing Assets & Social Media
5. Design high-quality marketing assets, including brochures, posters and social media graphics
6. Conceptualise and execute innovative layouts for a range of printed and screen based marketing collateral
7. Ensure every document has a cohesive and compelling visual narrative
8. Support the wider marketing team in creating engaging assets for our social media channels
9. Have a solid working knowledge of typographic layout and visualising complex data
3. Design Support for client pitches and corporate events
10. Support in the creation of compelling designs for corporate events, ensuring a seamless integration of branding elements
11. Collaborate with the events team to understand requirements and deliver designs that enhance the overall event experience
12. Design support for high level agency pitches – including large scale print assets, presentations and printed collateral
13. Design brands and design systems to support these outputs
4. General
14. Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
15. Take responsibility for multiple tasks, projects, and priorities to ensure they are all delivered on time and to the highest possible standard
16. Be involved at all stages of the creative process - from interpreting a brief, through to creating concepts, setting the visual style, and delivering creative to the required formats
17. Assist in taking projects through to completion, under the guidance of senior level designers and our studio manager. Having the ability to manage time effectively
QUALIFICATIONS.
18. A relevant design qualification
19. 2 to 3 years of proven experience as aGraphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasingexpertise in Powerpoint presentations, editorial layout, marketing assets, corporate events, and branding
20. Good foundational understanding of design principles such as composition, typography, and colour theory
21. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
22. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
TEAM.
23. Work collaboratively and effectively within a multi-disciplinary marketing team
24. Develop a trusting, respectful and professional relationship with fellow team members and key stakeholders
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
25. Previous agency or freelance experience in a similar role
26. Strong presentation design skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
27. Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
28. Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously
29. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce work to a high standard
30. Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
31. Experience exporting print-ready artwork
32. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
33. An eye for understanding the graphic requirements of a project
34. Passion for in design trends and relentless desire to generate new ideas
35. Flexible to work outside normal office hours as required
36. Pro-active, self-motivated and ambitious
37. Great layout aesthetic
38. Understanding of Microsoft 365 suite
39. Team player
DESIREABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
40. Understanding of designing microsites within the Squarespace platform
41. An interest in developing motion graphics skills or experience using After Effects
42. Understanding and experience of large Media/Creative agency working environments
