HR Advisor - Temporary Position
We are supporting a Housing Association based in North Wales, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a temporary six-month contract. This is a full-time position (37 hours p/week), is due to start immediately and is paying circa £20-24ph.
The successful candidate will need to have strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage casework with minimal supervision. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Providing advice and guidance to Managers and colleagues on all HR and OD matters, such as terms and conditions and employee relations.
2. Managing employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, employee performance and absence.
3. Supporting Managers with recruitment processes, such as advertising, assessment and selection methods and contractual options in order to attract and select quality colleagues.
4. Helping to identify and plan training/development needs with colleagues and to co-ordinate and deliver corporate training and development activities.
5. Creating, developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
Experience required:
* Experience of leading on complex employee relations matters.
* Experience of supporting with recruitment activity.
* Experience delivering L&D initiatives.
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* CIPD L5 qualified or equivalent experience.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
* Welsh language skills (desirable).
Working hours:
37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible).
