Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on a commercial office building in Paddington, London.
The purpose of the role will be to ensure that our operational delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Building Services business processes.
What you’ll do:
1. Supervise a team of engineers to maintain high standards of performance at all times.
2. Manage client and building users' expectations to aim for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring best use of all resources to meet targets.
4. Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.
5. Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site.
6. Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase revenue.
7. Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance for all equipment, plant, services, and systems.
8. Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
9. Become AP for your site or sites if required.
What you’ll bring to the role:
1. Qualified in engineering discipline at NVQ level or higher.
2. 17th / 18th Edition.
3. Experience of FM service delivery.
4. Sound knowledge of H&S legislation and some knowledge of COSHH.
5. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employee, customer, and client.
6. Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
7. Knowledge of Concept E Logbooks systems preferred.
