The role will entail the teaching of both practical and theory lessons ( City and Guilds Certificate L2 ) and will require mentoring and assessing ( NVQ Diploma L2) in the work place. They are eager to speak with both experienced lecturers and qualified welders/fabricators. They will offer full teacher training and funded qualifications. For people new to the education sector (in their first 5 years) they are able to offer the new government retention scheme which enables applicants to be award up to £6000 on top of their salary. They require you to have a qualification relevant to the subject specialism.
